About Universal Tourism Exhibition in China - UTE in China
The exhibition is designed to become a B2B platform for Chinese outbound travel agencies and overseas inbound travel agencies, hotels, resorts, scenic spots, tourism platforms, cruises, tourism bureaus and so on. Overseas travel agencies account for 85% of the participating parties, overseas hotels, resorts, cruises, scenic spots and tourism bureaus account for 7%, tourism platforms account for 4%, wholesalers of Chinese outbound travel agencies account for 2% and others related tourism account for 2%. Chinese outbound travel agencies can attend the exhibition at no cost.
UTE Universal Tourism Exhibition highlights:
1. New venues of second tier cities：Shenzhen, Shenyang, Chengdu, Hangzhou.
2. Strict audits of buyers — We only invite Chinese outbound travel agencies as visitors.
We only invite Chinese outbound travel agencies as visitors, other industries related with tourism are not allowed to visit, such as VISA service, air ticket seller, insurance, hotel, overseas inbound travel agencies without booths,etc. Visitors that register via UTE site are requested to, and they are not allowed to participate UTE unless their registrations are approved by UTE organizer, and receive confirmation letter from UTE organizer.
3. UTE buyers are small and medium Chinese outbound travel agencies and new Chinese outbound travel agencies
During our last exhibition in Beijing, more than 650 Chinese outbound travel agencies came from Beijing, 65 from Tianjin, 70 from Shijiazhuang, 45 from Xi’an, 35 from Jinan ,30 from Harbin. More than 850 Chinese outbound travel agencies from North China can be met just in a day.
During our last exhibition in Shanghai, more than 370 Chinese outbound travel agencies came from Shanghai, 182 from Hangzhou, 160 from Nanjing, 108 from Hefei, 54 from Suzhou, 30 from Xiamen and so on. You can meet and know over 700 Chinese outbound travel agencies from East China within one day. During our last exhibition in Guangzhou, more than 560 Chinese outbound travel agencies came from Guangzhou, 87 from Shenzhen, 76 from Zhuhai, 35 from Changsha, 60 from Wuhan, 45 from Kunming. Over 700 Chinese outbound travel agencies from South China can be met within one day.
4. Simple and effective form of communication—no construction, an itinerant exhibition
We believe that the real tourism exhibition is to provide an exchange platform for Chinese outbound travel agencies and overseas inbound travel agencies, hotels, resorts, scenic spots, tourism platform and cruises. We do not require them to build and decorate booths. Simply speaking, you can just exchange name cards and brochures with one another. It doesn't need mass construction, costly manpower and time to prepare, so we hold the exhibition in the hotel’s conferences in two cities, one day for one city. If you ever participated in other exhibitions, you should know that Chinese outbound travel agencies only visit in the first day, but citizens, the media and other unrelated people visit in the following two days. It will waste your time and resources. So there is no need to hold exhibition in one city for three days.So there is no need to hold exhibition in one city for three days.
5. Separate booths for exhibitors from the same country
We will arrange the seats for the exhibitors from the same region in a separately, which is more comfortable for the Chinese outbound travel agencies to communicate with the exhibitors. We are not the same as other exhibition who will arrange all the travel agencies from the same region together. Our exhibition held at the hotel can set same region travel agencies’ seats spread out, which is more comfortable for the Chinese outbound travel agencies to communicate with the exhibitors.
